Covers the full people‑operations cost required to support the team assigned to your engagement. This includes compensation, workforce management, coordination, oversight, and the HR infrastructure needed to ensure continuity, performance, and reliable day‑to‑day delivery at a baseline gold‑standard level.

Equipment

Covers the provision, upkeep, repair, and ongoing maintenance of company‑owned equipment required to enable delivery. This allocation ensures the team has reliable, secure, and standardized tools, with continued support to maintain performance and minimize downtime throughout the engagement.

Tech Stack

Covers the basic software tools required by the client for the delivery team to have and use in order to perform their duties. This includes client‑specified systems such as CRM platform, dialer, project management tool, and communication and collaboration software.
