Handling the technical magic behind the scenes to help content shine.

The video content industry has been increasingly competitive and continuously growing. People all around the world are unstoppable in consuming video content for all sorts of topics under the sun. To be successful in this field requires not just the content concept that connects to your niche audience, but also the overall quality of videos being produced.
In this partnership, we are tasked by the vlogger client to handle the technical expertise needed to make her videos stand out. While the general trend for most successful content creators is to assemble their own production team, this client sees the advantage of having our creative specialists handle the work instead. Not only does it eliminate the management burden from our client’s end, but it also enables her to have more time for both her profession and personal life. By leveraging our Dedicated Specialist service, she fully reclaimed her time while making sure her content gets the superior upgrade it needed to drive growing revenue.
One of the major challenges of creators today is the "fast-daily upload" needed. Maintaining a daily schedule release that meets high-end production standards is surely a recipe for burn-out. Worst, creative block and decline in quality of overall content (trading off for staying on schedule). Some that failed to address this cycle see that the compromise is to lessen frequency to stabilize operations. But that compromise is neither acceptable for our client.
We initially deployed one creative specialist for the job. The agreement is that, if the client could immediately regain her time, freeing her up in post-production editing and platform management, she'll consider having our creative specialist stay on the job for at least 6-month worth of investment. On TRACTIONCORE's lens, that translates to "high-quality editing, without the need of training, and being consistent with the client's "editing style" so she won't have to go back and forth all the time just to get a replicate of "her" doing the job she's doing herself now.
We eliminate all possible friction points in the process of onboarding, especially back and forth on instructions. To achieve that, we presented our Account Manager who has the most experience in creatives in order to easily connect with the clients at the same wavelength of understanding and gather the "brand guide" in a just one go.
Next, we assess our creative specialists to determine who is the best fit to carry the job, tasked to work on a sample edited video that follows the brand guide, and present it to the client for feedback and approval. In less than a week, the official work had begun.
In order to maintain the velocity of editing and keep up with the frequency of release requirements, we also structured an 8-hour shift workflow for the dedicated creative specialist. In this setup, explicit window hours for checking outputs and providing feedback are identified to meet the client’s workday schedule.
Within three months, halfway through the initial six-month agreement and agreed scope, the client proactively reached out and gave the go signal for a second creative specialist seat, with the goal of expanding her content platforms and repurposing aged productions to maximize monetization potential. This proves that our people, paired with a properly structured work schedule, have achieved the goal of meeting client requirements consistently. Within half of the agreed timeframe for testing, this has already opened another opportunity for additional revenue growth for the client.
More importantly, setting up the structured workday that our specialists follow allows for a balance of creative freedom, consistency in the quality of edits, and standardization of the work schedule that ultimately benefits the client’s operations, giving her a structured workflow too, solving her personal concern for reclaiming back her time, without the burden of running the operations herself.
With the addition of a second creative specialist seat, the client was able to immediately set up her presence outside YouTube. She expanded into Meta Business Suite (Facebook and Instagram) as well as TikTok. The requirements of these platforms are different; hence, we also modified the workflow of the second seat to fit the specific platform needs while anchoring it to the already established work structure of the first creative specialist and the client. It was like adding a new modular component to an existing system—designed to fit seamlessly and work in sync.
Ensuring that, just like the onboarding of the first seat, everything was frictionless, the client’s operational system effectively received an instant, effortless upgrade.

A third seat has also been added—not for another creative specialist, but for a growth specialist—who is now handling the overall offshore team under our roof and managing the client’s business operations, collaboration discussions, cross-platform integrations, content planning, and release scheduling. We are looking to have her account graduate to a built department model, where we aim to hand over to her all the specialists she has hired to assemble her own in-house production team.
