The existential crisis of businesses, from global enterprises, trickling down to small and medium businesses and startups, even decades long established traditional businesses, regardless of industry, is real.

Outsourcing industry is in fact, having its own existential crisis – not the typical stereotyped way; people could imagine when we say existential.
